In today’s high-paced society, being a good Catholic is getting harder for people to do. One of the largest hurdles in following one’s religion are the time-constraints that folks feel as it relates to their jobs and chores. That means that ever more Catholics are attending church less often, and regularly, stop going altogether.

For those of you who are finding it difficult to attend Church on a regular basis, maybe setting a routine where you might attend on a monthly basis, is a brilliant way to keep you connected to your Church. But do not forget, attending church is only a little component of what it means to be a good Catholic, for the reason that how you live your life, based to Catholic doctrine is of foremost significance.

Many Catholics attempt to remain observant with their religion by buying Catholic products, like statues depicting biblical themes, while other Catholics find consolation in reading the Catholic Literature and the Bible, which provides them the power to stay in the faith. Sadly, many Catholics and this goes for other Christian denominations as well, are not fully skilled of digesting what is written in the Bible. The Church Fathers are not merely there to carry out Mass, but also there to teach you about what the words in the bible signify. They are scholarly men who have dedicated much of their lives to understanding the words written in the Bible, so that they might be able to aid others learning the often complex meanings.

Thus it is important that you contemplate attending Church ever more often, so as to solidify much of what you have read at home. I feel that you will find that, despite the hurdles blocking you from being a regular church goer, even intermittent presence is better than none.
